وظایف اصلی
- Solicit property sales listings from prospective vendors
- Assist vendors in selling property by establishing asking price, advertising the property, listing the property with listing services and conducting open houses for prospective buyers
- Assist prospective buyers in selecting, visiting, inspecting and making offers of purchase on real estate properties
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
- Draw up sales agreements for approval of purchaser and seller
- May rent or lease properties on behalf of clients.
از ۳ نوامبر ۲۰۲۶ چه چیزی تغییر می‌کند
- عامل جدیدی به نام ادغام در بازار کار (Labour Market Integration) جای امتیاز سابقه کار در کانادا را می‌گیرد.
- سابقه کار در کانادا در یک شغل پردرآمد، ۲۰، ۴۰ یا ۷۰ امتیاز به امتیاز مدت کار اضافه می‌کند.
- پیشنهاد شغلی در یک شغل پردرآمد ۵۰، ۷۰ یا ۱۰۰ امتیاز دارد و دیگر به LMIA نیازی نیست.
- این دو مسیر با هم جمع نمی‌شوند. مسیری که امتیاز بیشتری دارد حساب می‌شود: حداکثر ۱۵۰ امتیاز (با همسر ۱۴۰).
- تا دو هفته، در مدتی که IRCC امتیاز همه پروفایل‌ها را دوباره حساب می‌کند، دعوت‌نامه‌ای صادر نمی‌شود.
